Welcome to Paradise Dreams Residential Resort
- Located In Bocas Del Toro there is a peaceful, quiet sea-front paradise. We call it Paradise Dreams Resort. It consists of 45 acres of lush greenery centered at the foot of the Talamanca Cordillero Mountains on the Caribbean coast of Panama. It has over 1600 feet of calm water ocean front. Coral reefs, rain forest trails, waterfalls, exotic birds and wildlife are just a few of the natural amenities of Paradise Dreams.
- We offer titled waterfront, forest, meadow, and hillside lots. We have a large (220+ ft.) dock as well as an over-the-water cabana with a tile roof. A perfect place to sit in the evenings as the sun goes over the mountains and watch the dolphin and fish play in our semi-private bay. Soon we will be building a restaurant /bar on our nearby beach area with cabanas, lava rock grills, and a boardwalk. On-shore gravel paths will wander throughout the developed areas. For wildlife and bird watching and hiking to enjoy the island vistas we will leave the rear 20+ acres in its pristine mountain and rain forest condition.
- We are developing in the least intrusive manner that still allows for the safety and comfort of all residents and guests. All homes will use solar power with battery/generator back-up, to provide electricity. Water catchment and reverse osmosis systems will provide for all water needs. No vehicles except golf carts or small ATV’s will be allowed on the property. Boats will be the only means of transportation to the property from Bocas Del Toro town. It is 20 minutes one way by boat. There will be boat parking for each lot owner.
