Our Property

Our premise was really a pretty simple one.

Let’s find like minded people who love this little paradise and want to share the dream of owning property and living here. It turned out that finding people was the easy part. The hard part was finding a plot of titled land far enough from but close enough to town to be convenient, one that had plenty of rain forest for hiking and exploring and birding, enough oceanfront for a beach and boat docks as well as an over the water cabana and beach bar/restaurant. It also had to have enough room to build 40 or 50 houses and have space for some rental cottages, scuba shop and sport fishing docks, kayaks, a convenience store. All this with enough room so that each home site would have privacy and peace and quiet.  Well, we finally found the land, bought it and Paradise Dreams Residential Resort is becoming a reality.
